 Frankfurter Bembelschwenker

The team of Frankfurter Bembelschwenker was founded in 1993. In the same year our team enjoyed the first Golden Oldies World Festival in Dublin/Ireland. We had a lot of fun to be part of this event. We met so many new friends.

We had participated at Golden Oldies World Festivals: 1995 Christchurch/New Zealand, 1997 Vancouver/Canada, 1999 Adelaide/Australia, 2001 Toulouse/France, 2003 Brisbane/Australia, 2005 San Diego/USA and 2008 Edinburgh/Scotland.

We have been to European Golden Oldies Festivals: 1994 Heidelberg/Germany, 1996 Verona/Italy, 1998 Aberdeen/Scotland, 2002 Split/Croatia, 2004 Benidorm/Spain, 2006 Zürich/Switzerland und 2008 Madeira/Portugal.

Members in our team are from all the rugby clubs around Frankfurt am Main and also from foreign countries.

We always play 10 – 12 games around the year.
